HELLO I'M BACK FROM CEBUUUU!!!!!!!! Wonderful wonderful wonderful wonderful holiday!
Ok, so besides the usual SHOPPING, EATING (REALLY REALLY GOOD PHILIPPINO FOOD), SLEEPING zzz, we did LOTS of cool stuff.
We went ISLAND HOPPING and the Line-up team from the DOULOS joined us! Perfectly shiok weather =D Beautiful fishes and corals, though I got a panic-attack when I jumped into the water at first. Unlike Redang, the water was CHOPPY. No life jacket or float whatsoever. And I kept drinking sea water cos my stupid tube kept going into the water (I think the waves were too big) So I was starting to hyperventilate and I was pretty much freaking out so I went to the boat for a little bit. Then after that I was fine. LOL.
Anyway, for lunch we had food delivered from a sampan to our boat. Dad had links to a friend in Cebu (the wonders of the OM office! =D) so she got a Pastor on the village to cook for us. Wonderful food. Fresh crabs, sardines, calamari, fish. Heaven ok! Lovely meal! =) So bla bla bla, bla bla bla, ended up with a real tan after that. First time in my life kena tanned until like that ok. Siao.
Bla bla bla, fast forward. On the 4th morning, I woke up with a fever. Sian. Throbbing headache and horridly sore throat. Ate a slice of bread, took 2 panadols, prayed, and went back to sleep. Woke up feeling good as new :D So we managed to go JETSKIING. YES YOU HEARD ME RIGHT. JETSKIING!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOO!! It was really really seriously shiokifying ok. I went with my brother and this guide who rode us at first. Really thrilling to ride the waves =D
So after 3 minutes my brother took over the reigns and it was really cool, then I took the reigns and man alive was it scary! I felt like I was gonna fly off la, had to hold on to the handles real tight! But it was SO FUN. Accelerating and riding the waves and all. WOOT. Shiokamania. Then Dad and Marilyn went on for around 10 minutes and Just and I got on again. WOOOOT.
This time, it was madness. Justin just accelerated like siao. SCARY. But SUPER SHIOK. Then I floored it too =D SHIOKER. But SCARIER. Then for the last 5 minutes we asked the pro guy to do some tricks. We didn't exactly know what we were in for. This guy accelerated TO THE MAX. RIDING THE WAVES. DOING FREAKY TURNS. It was funnily scary la. Justin and I were screaming/laughing at the same time. But soon it got a little painful cos it was SO BUMPY. But it was super fun anyhow =P I think we were both the noisiest riders that guy'd ever had =P Wonderful experience!
Ate a bad clam over lunch and puked out everything. Thank goodness I did, I was feeling excruciatingly horrible. ALMOST didn't go shopping, but I went cos once I said I didn't really want to, Justin said he'd stay with me, then Marilyn said she would stay too, then Ah Kong said he'd stay too. Like, WHAT! LOLness, so I went la. Bla bla. I think nobody's reading.
Anyway, now I'm back :D I missed quite a few people actually, and I'm glad to be back. Thankfully Thanksgiving went well =D Too bad I didn't get to see the True Way kias, sigh. Oh well! =) And here's the reply to the very old tags, sorry guys!
