Wednesday, January 20, 2010 :)
Work was extremely tiring today! EXTREMELY tiring...
Firstly, I was so tired I would've slept at 10pm yesterday, but instead the urge to paint my nails was too bimbotically great, so I painted my nails. And it was not until 10.30pm that they half-dried -_- Ended up sleeping at 11pm zzz.
Anyway, it took a lot of energy to teach the kids today. I think that's what's most tiring, giving Spelling and Ting Xie to a bunch of kids who keep asking you to wait, or demand what's next. And on Wednesdays, the afternoon session starts later, which means the P1s and 2s leave at 1pm rather than 12pm. And the morning session ends earlier, which means that the P3s to 5s come in at 1pm, rather than 1.30pm. Which means I had no break to rest! horrid horrid.
And now, little boys are fighting with the little girls to hold my hands... Hahaha. And I have realised that the cutest kids are those who are not excessively clingy, who don't demand to hold your hand every second and get upset when other kids hold your hand first. But they're only 7 or 8, so I'm trying to love all of them with God's love, though I'm still far from it.
Yesterday, the whole Hui family headed down to Sengkang Swimming Complex for a swim :) THE SLIDES WERE FREAKING AWESOME! (they were so good that I almost wanted to use another word to replace freaking... but I will not.) They're not very high, but they're so FREAKING STEEP!!! I actually REALLY screamed because it was so awesome. Half the time my butt wasn't even touching the slide. Hehehe. Must bring the Kota Tinggi people there :)
And I did 10+ laps. Accomplishment!!... Hey, the last time I actually swam properly, like did laps, was a good 8 years ago okay. It felt awesome. Tuesday is the new FAMILY SWIMMING DAY! =D =D =D =D =D =D =D =D Ya if you wanna surprise me you can go visit me there at about 6pm weekly... hahahaha.
Ate at the new Kopitiam which was HUGE. And awesome. Really nice food. Spoilt for choice. Heh.
Started on my Written Submission for piano diploma. Accomplishment #2! =D 2 pages ok not bad right. hehehe.
Watching Ninja Warrior now. :) Great! 4E gathering tomorrow! =)
I need to start studying for driving? And I'm also gonna be helping Yao Qi give tuition to a P6 girl... Good. More income to pay off piano and driving lessons :) Yay!
And I realised, out of the one and a half weeks i've been working, I've only taken public transport directly home ONCE. Hahahaha. Either because I'm going out half the time to meet people, or my dad happens to be going home and picks me up... Wee! =)
And I wanna get more nail polish colours. Should go to the Face Shop. They let customers try! :)
Oh and I saw hair cologne... Looked and smelt awesome. But mummy didn't allow me to get it :( In case it spoilt my hair :(
